EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

No Exchanges or Refunds
Gerbera wears does not offer exchange or refund. This policy is in place because once an item has been customized to your sizes and preferences, it cannot be sold to another customer.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

Given the above, the client must report the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving the order – if defective.

By completing an order, you agree to our terms, including our no exchange or refund policy. This agreement helps ensure that our process is understood and accepted.
